Fitness Coaching gives many of the benefits of 1-2-1 Personal Training but without face-to-face training sessions.
You will get a full 1-2-1 consultation, fitness check, fortnightly coaching by phone and monthly reviews. You also get a personal framework of exercise and nutrition: training plans, home workouts, schedules, corrective exercises, stretches, nutrition advice and dietary reviews. Everything is created for you with your personal goals, fitness level and personal circumstances in mind. This will be updated regularly as your fitness developes.
You self-monitor your food and activity using a variety of apps or pen and paper, and feed back for review.
