About Me..

Hello and thank you for visiting my website.  I am a registered, independent  Personal Trainer and Advanced (Level 4) Exercise Specialist, providing home personal training, outdoor fitness and small group training for 2-5 people.   I made positive changes to my own fitness and lifestyle in my 30's, losing weight and starting to run,  and changed career to spend time doing what I enjoyed most.  I am proud to have become the British Masters Athletics marathon champion in 2011, and Essex county medallist in several track and road race distances.  

As a mother of two children and an endurance runner, I understand the challenges of fitting health and fitness into a busy life and am pleased to have built up expert knowledge in my area, to help all of my clients individually whatever they want to achieve.  My emphasis is on genuine health and well-being – you won’t find photo-shopped images of fitness models on my facebook page, or be sold fads and gimmicks!
