Group Personal Training is for people who want to train with friends, workmates, a partner or family. Many people find the friendly competition, light banter and shared experiences highly motivational, leaving them committed and determined to get results.
My Group Personal Training sessions are still centred on the individuals in the group - for this reason I train a maximum of 5 people in one session. You still get the benefits of Personal Training - individual exercise programmes, nutrition support, tailored advice, fitness tests, progress checks, personal focus - but at reduced rates.
If you and your friends have different levels of fitness, I will develop a training programme that suits your own abilities. So although you’ll be training together, you’ll still be pushed individually and will exercise at the pace that’s right for you.
